  I wonder if it is possible to give ZERO star rating?!! Parents beware! I am NOT a previous employee of the daycare "lashing out." I am a parent who CONSIDERED enrolling my children at this center, until.... I had called (December 2011) to schedule an appointment for a tour of the center. While on the phone making the appointment, I could hear children being rowdy in the background. Children being rowdy is normal. What wasn't normal is when I heard an adult voice scream at the child(ren) to "behave," "stop your whining," etc. The screaming adult voice wasn't calm. It was stressed-out. DANGEROUS situation. I'm sure the screamer was a caregiver and not a parent... right? I wonder if this behaviour is common/ the norm/ acceptable at this center?! Seriously, the screamer screamed with at least one other employee present (the person I was on the phone with). Anyway, I hung up the phone and NEVER will I (or my children) step foot into this daycare!
